My name is Dereck Blackburn. I’m a producer, recording engineer, mix and mastering engineer, and mentor with nearly 25 years in professional audio and music production.

Most of my time is spent producing records, mixing and mastering releases, and working directly with artists and engineers who care deeply about craft, longevity, and doing this work well. Alongside that, I support artists, producers, and independent professionals through focused 1:1 consulting—helping them build systems, make better decisions, and move forward with clarity instead of guesswork.
